Residence Hall Director

Housing & Residential Life at UNH prioritizes quality contact with students on the part of the RHD to facilitate student success and sense of belonging in our communities. We pride ourselves on creating welcoming and inclusive communities for all students. The RHD lives in a residence hall, and is responsible for managing all aspects of a university residence hall including:· Developmental supervision of student staff· Coordinating with other departments to maintain facilities.· Developmental contact with residents· Implementing an ongoing passive and educational curriculum· Building community through intentional programming
