Job Summary
The Associate Director of Residential Life (ADRL) leads the MHS residential program in collaboration with the Dean of Student Life, fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for Miss Hall’s School boarding students. This mission-driven educator supports students’ holistic development through training, programming, and curriculum, emphasizing the School’s Core Competencies. The role primarily involves afternoon and evening hours, with occasional late-night responsibilities, and requires living on campus to support the 24/7 nature of a boarding school community. This is a full-time, 10-month position with designated summer duties to prepare for the academic year. Collaborate with the Dean of Student Life to craft vision, build alignment, and develop and deliver student life programs and initiatives, in support of the student body
