Job Overview:

The Director of Community Standards and Residence Life (DCS/RL) is a live-on, 12-month position. The DCS/RL serves as the primary conduct officer for the College. This individual works collaboratively with various departments on campus to develop and maintain College policies and promote practices and procedures that support students’ wellness, good citizenship, and development.  Additionally, the DCS/RL manages the college Residential Life department by providing leadership and operational direction.
